You never know exactly how thorough the previous tenants' — or the construction crew's — cleaning really was. Our move-in cleaning gives your new home a full reset before a single box gets unpacked: inside every cabinet and drawer, behind appliances, and across every floor and surface.
We recommend booking move-in cleaning for the day before your furniture arrives, or as early as your keys allow. An empty home lets us reach corners and closets we simply can't get to once it's full of boxes and furniture.

- All floors vacuumed and mopped

Move-In Cleaning FAQs
When should I schedule move-in cleaning?
Ideally the day before your furniture and boxes arrive, while the home is still empty. This lets us clean cabinets, closets, and floors without anything in the way.
Do you clean homes that are still under construction dust?
Light post-construction dust is fine — we routinely handle it. For heavy construction debris or fresh drywall dust, ask about our Post-Construction Cleaning add-on.
Can you coordinate with my move-out date at my old place?
Yes, many clients book move-out cleaning at their old address and move-in cleaning at the new one in the same week. Mention both when you call and we'll help plan the schedule.
Is move-in cleaning available in the Inland Empire as well as Orange County?
Yes, we serve both regions for move-in cleaning, including Riverside, Corona, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and surrounding Inland Empire cities.
